After completing this page I realized how easy it is to deduce something about me just by looking at it. I admit it: I am an animal lover! Look how cute are Trigger and Loki standing at the door waiting for me….
The Documented Life Project from “Art to the 5th” blog challenged us to incorporate a photo or drawing of our front door in an art journal page.
I printed a tiny photo from my LG printer for iPhone! and placed it in the middle of the page that I had previously covered with scrapbooking paper. I used a beautiful washi tape featuring different woodland animals.
I then colored around the photo with an orange Caran D’Ache watercolor pencil. I also stamped orange dots randomly on the page.
Finally I used thin black washi tape to frame the page and dotted it all around it with an orange soufflé pen.
